I lost my key; what can be done?

If the unit is unlocked, you can purchase a replacement lock and key set and replace the cylinder easily. You can find the replacement set here.

If the unit is locked, please consult with your local locksmith to unlock the product.

What is your warranty?

We provide a 1-year warranty on all security cable locks, metal enclosures, and stands from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of parts and does not apply to any product that has been tampered with or misused. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by force majeure; weather or natural elements, vandalism, negligent handling, or damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit by the carrier.

What are your products made of?

We use several different high-grade materials to construct our products. Our products are made of high-strength steel, aluminum, or a hardened plastic polymer.

Will I need a cable lock and anchor point with my stand?

Cable locks and anchor points are used with kiosks that can't be screwed to the surface. A cable lock will secure the kiosk to any fixed object around, if there is no fixed object an anchor point should be used.

BrandMe printing - can I get the stand with the printed logo on it?

No, at this time we don't offer any printing services. However, we provide a manual with graphic panel specifications and you can get it printed at almost any print shop.

Is there an option for continuous charging inside the enclosure?

Yes, all our enclosure allows continuous charging. Space, Rokku, and Hyperspace enclosures also allow cable management.

Are the back and front cameras open in your enclosures?

Yes, the back and front cameras are open in all our enclosures.

Will the locking device affect my Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or 4G connectivity?

No, we have designed our locks, mounts, and enclosures to allow for uninterrupted Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G connectivity.

Can the enclosure be mounted plain on the wall?

Yes, many of our countertop stands can in fact be also mounted to the wall.

What is the “Keyed Alike” upgrade?

The standard key provided is unique to the individual lock included, we also have another key management option called Keyed Alike: All keys for all devices ordered will be the same and be able to open all devices ordered. We keep the key number with your account, so you can order the same key in your future orders.

Do you offer a master key option?

Yes, we offer master keys for bulk purchases. For the details please contact [email protected]

What is the anchor point?

The anchor point is used if you don't have a fixed object to loop the cable around.

It is a stainless steel anchoring unit that can be attached to a counter, wall, or floor using screws or adhesive.

What is the screen shield? Does the touch screen still work with it?

The screen shield prevents the screen from scratches, sticky fingers, etc. It doesn't influence touchscreen work.

Can I remove the 3M sticker plate?

Yes, but once it is removed it will not be able to be stuck back onto the device.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do. We ship daily to many of our customers worldwide, so feel free to place your order.

FedEx International economy shipping should take 4-6 business days, International priority shipping should take 2-4 business days.

How to get the shipping quote?

To get a quote for shipping:

  2. Go to the checkout page and enter your country, state (where applicable), and zip code to get a FedEx quote
  3. Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to checkout.

What is your return policy?

You'll have 30 days to return for a refund. You can find our return policy here.

I ordered the wrong product, how can I return it?

Please send a return request to [email protected] with your order number and return reason.

Orders to the US and Canada shipped from our warehouse in California, USA.
